Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 16, § 1705 - Notification of Bankruptcy, Receivership or Liquidation
Any pharmacy, wholesaler, or manufacturer who makes any
assignment for the benefit of creditors or enters into any creditor compromise
arrangement, or who files a petition in bankruptcy, or who has a receiver
appointed, or who enters into any liquidation or other arrangement which may
result in the sale or transfer of drugs, devices or appliances which are
required to be sold by a registered pharmacist or other licensee, shall notify
